Digital courses
Because course materials are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. If you have not yet accessed the material, contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.
Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled and prepared. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice.
Exceptions
If a payment error or duplicate charge occurs, we will review and refund the amount promptly. Please email info@numogist.com with your transaction details.
